AJAS and all of our member communities are taking developments concerning the coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously. Here are our plans for the 2020 annual conference in Denver.
There are no plans to postpone or cancel the conference.
We have received no cancellations from exhibitors, sponsors or speakers at the event, and registrations are on pace with previous years.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will be in discussion with health authorities, our local contacts in Denver and the association’s leadership.
AJAS will work with the hotel to ensure the highest possible degree of hygiene and safety at the conference. The health and safety of all members and guests is our highest priority, and we look forward to seeing you all there soon!
